Here at the Pro Design Group, we are proud to be able to manufacture custom lamination panels for our customers using our state-of-the-art 4,000 square foot pressurized clean room. We primarily run our patented corrugated panel, we have fine-tuned our lamination line to create the best urethane bond possible, we utilize Corona treating and custom horizontal panel cleaners for maximum adhesion, and we have the ability to trim panels to size and shape to +/- 0.010”. Furthermore, we are capable of laminating fiberglass reinforced plastic, combination extrusion pultruded woven plastic sheeting, aluminum, galvanized steel, ABS/Styrene/PETG/Polycarbonate, a variety of FR plastics, or any other custom material that you may bring to us.
